When is the average release time on itch io for the new month?
I was on Patreon first, but do not have creditcard for SubscribeStar
Hey! Thanks for finding us here on itch! We're going to be looking at other subscription options for people who can't use SubStar. We usually get the release out between the 2nd and 4th on itch. I try to make sure it's patched (if necessary) before posting on itch.
I saw you add h-scene for Onyx +malecops.Can you add h-scene for Onyx with more than one female cop?

Yeah once it's in early access it will be one price. These test releases are mirrors of our subscription crowdfunding releases.
will you be able to purchase the full game on itch io ? it will 100% be banned for german steam (like all other adult games like this)
Most likely -- keep in mind everything regarding retail release is speculative as it's a ways off, but we're certainly going to work on getting it on more platforms than just Steam ^-^
Hello. I have a couple of questions about your future Steam release. How much the game will cost and how often it will be updated there? Thank you.
Sorry we don't have this information yet. It will likely be dependent on region. Updates I presume will be monthly up until the game's release, however there may be larger gaps as it nears the retail release and things are finalized.
Am I seeing this right? I paid for the game during the October 2023 update. Am I correct in assuming that there's an $8.00USD Purchase requirement for the December 2023 update? I'd really like to know.
These test releases are monthly releases from our SubscribeStar campaign (previously Patreon and SubscribeStar), not the retail release. Please check the description for more info :D.
Hey i have two questions: How do i acces to the "free cam mode" i don't know if it's a mod or maybe i can do it from the original game. And for the voices, (when they will be released) are we going to be able to silence only one type of character? I mean like keep the main characters voice but disable the enemies one. Thanks
We'll be adding a cinematic mode with scripted 3D camera choreography in the future. You'll be able to toggle between it and the game came in real-time during gameplay or in the gallery. You can check out some previews on our Redgifs (just search Eromancer Redgifs in google).
Regarding voices, right now we just have one voice volume slider. Breaking it down further isn't out of the question, if that's a feature people are interested in.
why does my game get stuck in the loading screen when i start the game?
Hey! That's no good. A few things to try:
- Make sure you've removed the game folder from the zip.
- Make sure the game folder isn't in a read-only folder (I recommend placing it on Desktop)
Can you send your log files to eromancergames@gmail.com and we'll take a look at it?
They are located in this folder if you are on Windows:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eromancer\pure-onyx
We specifically could use the player.log, player-prev.log, and DebugLog.xml files (if they exist)
i deleted my saves now its working
Ok great! Sorry for the inconvenience. This was likely a save corruption issue we fixed in the upcoming release. If it happens again can you send your save files to us before deleting? The more info we have the better.

I'm sorry if you've already been asked this a lot but are there any plans to add voices? Having voice acting would be nice but I more or less just mean like moaning cause it's a little unnatural to see her getting fucked without letting out so much as a peep. Also I just wanted to say that this game is absolutely beautiful! I love the graphics and the gameplay is fun as hell, I'm really looking forward to seeing how the game will end up when its fully completed because it definitely has a whole lot of potential! <3
Yup! We plan on adding voices once it's closer to completion just for logistics reasons.
Hello, I have a question and I apologize in advance if my English is bad. My doubt is that if I pay for this version of the game here on Itch.io I will have access only to this update or will I also be able to have access to old or future updates. I really don't understand how the "SubscribeStar" thing works.
Future updates would require purchasing, as this is a development release from our subscription campaign. On SubscribeStar you'd receive access to a timeline with all our old releases, as well as monthly progress updates showing our work on future content. Each month we make a new build for subscribers (and a mid-month build for higher tier subscribers), and that build winds up here as well for people who are unable to use SubscribeStar.
Is there a way to disable the hitbox outlines/frame rate counter? I was subscribed on patreon a long while ago so I must have enabled something in an old release. Latest release is good stuff, keep it up.
Yep, F1 disables the debug overlay, and F5 disables FPS ^-^

Re-adding the H scenes that were cut due to Patreon restrictions is one of the big things this month. They've been updated to work with the visual equipment systems and new rigs where necessary.

Sort of :D. The Patreon re-works of the animations are more vanilla. The ones we are adding back in have rougher content, but are similar. We'll add an option soon to toggle which set is preferred in gameplay, but you'll be able to access both from the gallery.
Does the "This purchase will not be updated monthly" mean that if I buy this version I won't get access to later versions/ full release?
That's correct, these are the development releases from our subscription campaigns (now campaign). Assuming we do early access on Steam (which is likely), the game will be available for a single purchase price from then on :3.

Would you be willing to make an android port, but with gamepad accessibility, or a touch pad?
I'd eventually like to port to Android, but it would need to be fully functional without an external control device. I'd recommend something like a Steam Deck if you want to play it mobile currently. Have gotten reports it runs very well on it.

There will likely be more niche content in a lot of areas now that we're not under restrictions from Patreon. Reminder to everyone that we've put a lot of work into a robust H content filtering options system as well, for anyone not interested in that.
What happened to the Patreon of this project?
Pirates we've been feuding with mass reported it with false claims and Patreon was too dumb to comprehend it. Very disappointing.

Yep! Voices are on the backburner until we are further along, simply for logistics reasons.
Will the game be free for people who pledged on Patreon or Subscribe Star on release? And if yes, will it be free for those who bought it several times on Itch.io?
There was a period for early backers on our Patreon to receive this reward, but in general this won't be the case D:
Seems strange considering most of the monthly updates arguably aren't worth the constant 8 dollar drop. why not set up a 30$ or even 40$ so lifetime purchase option? Like no offense, it seems a little...milky?
Like for example Claire's Quest does this. when you've pledged a certain amount you get total access to any update of the game. IMO that is incredible business practice.
Assuming we do early access further along in development, which is likely, the game will be available at a single price from that point on. I certainly don't recommend purchasing every release if you'd prefer to wait for content to build up. Know that the funding certainly helps us though, as due to our pirate friends sabotaging our work and Patreon stonewalling us, I'm now paying $10-12k/mo out of pocket to develop the game, and working 80+ hour weeks at a loss ^-^.
Yeah this should be an alternative to subscribing so don't look at it as buying the same game over and over, you gotta look at it as supporting the game while also getting access to the changes they're implementing over time.
Will you include ebony chars? It would be amazing to see some ebony male/female characters. The game is amazing!

So do I have to buy each update again?
I don't understand, is there an option to unlock the entire gallery at once? If not, I do not understand why some scenes are not unlocked in the gallery if I have already seen them, how to get double scenes with two characters, how to get them at all if they do not have a love capture?
Gallery scenes are currently unlocked via the random disk drops (light blue containers). It's a placeholder system don't worry :D. You can also purchase them from Mr. Black in the Slums.
if i bought the november version, can i still get this one without paying?
They have included in their description yet again, as they always do, that any purchase made here is only for that months version update and no future updates.

In my latest post you answered what splicer fk/dk dolls "may have appearance"...i should guessed that they "MAY have appearance,or may they not",right?)Because i dont saw them in the december release version(changelog did not revealed they're presence too...
Just because it may appear, doesn't mean it's guaranteed to be decided in the very next update. Learn some patience.

Just curious, any plans to make a male protagonist main character with female enemies?
Not currently. At the moment we're looking at adding more female playable characters, but it won't be prioritized until after the first public demo.
I'll toss my hat into this ring. I would love to see an increased roster of ladies to play as. Would they each have different stats and/or combat styles, or is the plan to have them be alternate skins?
We are planning on adding something called cinematic mode in the future where you can toggle between 3D animated cameras in real time that are choreographed to the match the scenes. You can find some preview animations of this on our Redgifs (not sure that I can link to them here but just google "Eromancer redgifs"). Screenshot mode is a good idea for the future too :D.
I purchased this game a while back and it had damn good bones and a foundation to build upon. The biggest thing keeping me from further investments is the option for pubic hair. Never been a fan of the bald look, so I was wondering if that was something that is being looked into.
